Tuna · Discord Bot

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of Tuna, a Discord bot, and its companion web dashboard. By adding Tuna to a server, or using it in a server you're a member of, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the bot.

1Acceptance of terms

Tuna is run independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord Inc. Your use of Discord itself remains governed by Discord's own Terms of Service, which take priority over anything here in the event of a conflict.

2The service

Tuna provides moderation, economy, leveling, ticketing, giveaways, and utility features inside Discord servers, along with an optional web dashboard for managing those settings. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice.

3Acceptable use

When using Tuna, you agree not to:

4Virtual currency & games

The economy feature (balances, coinflip, daily/work rewards) uses a purely virtual, in-bot currency with no real-world monetary value. It cannot be purchased, redeemed, exchanged for real money, or transferred outside the bot. It exists for entertainment only.

5Moderation & server admin tools

Tuna gives server administrators tools (moderation commands, automod, antiraid, fake-permission grants, the web dashboard) to manage their own servers. The bot owner is not responsible for how individual server admins configure or use these tools within their servers — that responsibility sits with each server's own administration.

6Enforcement & blacklisting

The bot owner may block ("blacklist") any Discord account from using Tuna, in any server, at their discretion — for example in response to abuse, spam, or attempts to exploit the bot. There's no guaranteed appeal process, though you're welcome to reach out using the contact details below.

7Availability & no warranty

Tuna is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the bot will be available at all times, free of bugs, or that stored data will never be lost — this is an independently run project, not a commercial service with uptime guarantees.

8Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the bot owner isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Tuna or its dashboard — including lost data, lost virtual currency, or moderation actions taken by a server's own admins using the bot's tools.

9Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use Tuna after a change means you accept the updated terms.
